Weights may vary from pack to pack, but we use minimum weights and regulary re-weigh bars and chocolates and update displayed wights when necessary.

In order to become a stockist, We ask that you provide us with as much information as possible about your business. Not all premises are suitable for sale of chocolates. An example is where cooking takes place near stock, or stock is subjected to strong sunlight or smells. In these surcumstances, stock could melt or absorb flavours which alter the product. Even though the retailer is responsible for care of the stock once in their care, we want to decide responsibly on whether or not we can supply a shop, or business.
If a stockist acts in any way to the detriment of our brand, we can refuse to restock them without giving a reason. However we will notify them. Orders from a non-recognised email address may not be processed, and we will refund any orders that we fail to process for any reason. Stockists may not pass on the password to anybody else without our permission.
In some circumstances, we may treat an individual or organisation similiarly to trade if volumes ordered are sufficiently large, and offer a similar discount. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
